Our mission is to ACCEPT, CONNECT, and EQUIP all people in Jesus Christ and to send them to SERVE all the world.

ACCEPT

The first step in the discipleship process is ACCEPT and is based upon leading people to a transformational encounter with Jesus Christ in salvation by providing an atmosphere of acceptance where people can encounter Christ, by leading members to personally accept responsibility to share Christ, and by leading people to accept Christ for themselves in salvation.  The primary organized effort for accomplishing this aspect is through our Wednesday evening activities.  JAMM for children, Collide for youth, and Visitation for adults.

CONNECT

The second step in the process is CONNECT which is based upon leading people to walk with Christ everyday by connecting to Him in worship and prayer and connecting to others in small groups studies, accountability and encouragement.  Disciple takes place on this level as people live life together.  The primary organized effort for accomplishing this aspect is through our Sunday morning Connection Groups.

EQUIP

The third step is EQUIP and is based upon mentoring, training, and helping people to purposefully and intentionally grow in maturity and to be equipped in ministry by applying the practical truths of God’s Word to their everyday lives.  The primary organized effort for accomplishing this aspect is through Sunday evening Equip Classes.

SERVE

The fourth step is SERVE which is based upon helping Christians find a place of service according to their gifts, passions and ability and ultimately by their example to lead others to know and follow Christ.  Discipleship takes place on this level through ministry, missions and service opportunities in our church, city, community, state, nation, and world.  The primary organized effort for this accomplishing this aspect is through our Ministry Teams.
